Cowork AI agents that handle your recurring work

We map the tasks that eat into your team’s week, then set up and brief AI agents to handle them across the tools you already use, with people approving anything that matters.

What’s included

  • Process mapping
  • Agent setup and briefing
  • Human-in-the-loop controls
  • Training staff to work with agents

What we do

Agents that are briefed, controlled and actually useful

Process mapping

We map recurring tasks step by step, such as inbox triage, weekly reports, copying data between systems and chasing follow-ups, then pick the ones where an agent will genuinely save time.

Agent setup and briefing

Each agent gets a clear brief: what it does, which tools and files it can use, what good output looks like and when to stop and ask. No generic chatbot left to guess.

Human-in-the-loop controls

Agents draft, prepare and suggest. People approve before anything is sent, paid or deleted. Access is limited to what each task needs, and activity can be reviewed.

Training staff to work with agents

Your team learns how to hand work to an agent, check and correct its output, and spot when a task should go back to a person.

How it works

A clear, step-by-step approach

  1. 1

    Map

Pick a small set of recurring processes and document how they run today.

  2. 2

    Design

Write each agent’s brief, its tool access and the points where a person approves.

  3. 3

    Pilot

Run the agent alongside your team, compare results and tune the brief.

  4. 4

    Train and extend

Train the people who work with it, document it, then choose the next process.

Who it’s for

  • Teams copying information between systems by hand
  • Owners whose week disappears into admin
  • Operations, finance and sales teams with repeatable processes
  • Businesses that want automation without losing oversight

What you come away with

  • Recurring tasks handled consistently, with a person signing off
  • Clear notes on what each agent does and what it can access
  • Staff confident handing work to agents and checking it
  • A shortlist of the next processes worth automating

FAQs

Common questions

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent carries out multi-step tasks using your tools, for example reading incoming requests, pulling details from a spreadsheet and drafting a reply for someone to approve.

Will agents make decisions without us?

Only where you choose. We design approval points so agents prepare the work and a person approves anything customer-facing, financial or hard to undo.

Which tools can agents work with?

Commonly email, calendars, shared drives, spreadsheets and business apps that offer integrations. We confirm what is possible with your setup during process mapping, before anything is built.

Do we need technical staff?

No. We handle the setup and train non-technical staff to brief, check and manage agents. Your IT contact is only involved where access and permissions need agreeing.
